This initiative, developed under the CREANDO project, primarily aims to meet the transparency and information access requirements set forth by Royal Decree 3/2023. This regulation governs the technical and sanitary criteria for drinking water quality and strengthens information obligations towards users.
The platform enables citizens, public administrations, and other interested parties to consult detailed data on drinking water quality, general information about the supply service, hydraulic infrastructure, applicable tariffs, and the components of water bills.
Among the available content are analytical results of drinking water, quality bulletins published in the National Information System for Consumption Water (SINAC), quality indicative parameters by supply zones, and various indicators related to service provision.
Additionally, the tool features a specific section for information requests. This provides access to EMASESA's contact channels, as well as information available in open format and the company's corporate Transparency Portal.
This new platform represents a significant step forward in disseminating information about the integral water cycle, centralizing content that was previously scattered and ensuring compliance with new regulations.
