The event features the participation of 63 agri-food companies from the province and an extensive program of activities. The President of the Provincial Council, Salvador Fuentes, highlighted the fair as a "top-tier showcase" and noted that its growth demonstrates its capacity to generate opportunities and business.
Fuentes recalled that the fair has grown from 40 companies in 2024 to 63 this year, an increase reflecting the sector's growing interest and confirming the fair as a useful tool for making Cordoban products visible, opening markets, and generating profitability. The province's exports have seen significant growth, rising from 1.2 million euros in 2023 to 3.45 million in 2025, surpassing the Andalusian and Spanish averages.
The close relationship between gastronomy and tourism was emphasized, with the former consolidating as the third reason for visiting the province of Córdoba. Visitors seek experiences, wanting to discover the local gastronomy, landscape, and products. Córdoba's offering meets the demands of international travelers with significant purchasing power.
The Delegate for Economic Development, Promotion, and Employment, Félix Romero, described the fair as "the fair of the towns" and a public model for direct purchasing from producers, farmers, and ranchers. He highlighted the richness of Córdoba's seven regions, from the best Iberian products in the north to the award-winning oils of the Sierra Subbética and the world's best citrus fruits from the Guadalquivir Valley.
Throughout the weekend, 48 activities will be offered, 28 of them gastronomic and 20 focused on promoting culture and traditions. These include cooking demonstrations, tastings, workshops, and performances. Highlights include the Extra Virgin Olive Oil Tunnel, the Wine Tunnel with over 180 samples, and the new Eco Route for organic products.
The fair takes place at the CEFC with an exhibition area for 63 companies, a space for regions and institutions, an activities zone, and a showcooking area. Opening hours are from 10 AM to 8 PM (Friday and Saturday) and 10 AM to 5 PM (Sunday). Admission is free, and a complimentary shuttle bus service will be available from the Provincial Council.
