The intervention has resolved water leakage issues that affected the building during rainy periods. Workers addressed critical points such as expansion joints, ridges, and valleys, reinforcing the watertightness of the entire upper structure.
In addition to the repairs, the project included improvements to roof access. These modifications will facilitate future inspection and maintenance tasks, allowing technicians to work under safer and more efficient conditions.
The Jean Piaget CEEE is a provincial benchmark for students with special educational needs. During the 2025-2026 academic year, the center serves 139 students, with a staff of 56 teachers and 80 support professionals providing specialized education.
