The Leisure and Free Time Department of the Iznájar City Council, in collaboration with the Youth Department of the Provincial Council of Córdoba, is organizing this new edition. The event will take place on Sunday, September 27, 2026, starting at 4:00 PM.
This activity, part of the Verano Joven (Young Summer) project, allows participants to showcase their creativity and imagination by building original, handmade vehicles without engines or pedals. The carts will descend the town's steep slopes in a fun competition that has become a highlight of Iznájar's summer calendar.
The organization will award three prizes of 150 euros each in the following categories: 'Fastest Car', 'Most Original Car', and 'Car that Travels the Furthest Distance'. Additionally, all participants will receive a 40 euro reward in recognition of their participation.
Registrations are now open and must be completed exclusively online through the form available on the municipal website. The deadline for registration is September 20, 2026.
