The socio-labour insertion pathways, funded by the European Social Fund Plus (ESF+), have provided individualized support to 33 people and training to another 27. The training actions included Healthcare Support for Dependent Persons in Social Institutions and Hospital Cleaning.
The sessions, held at the Casa de la Juventud, have included group workshops to work on self-esteem, self-knowledge, emotional intelligence, and motivation for job searching, as well as mindfulness and transversal skills.
The initiative has involved the participation of seven companies, allowing participants to establish direct contact with the local business community and expand their employment opportunities.
