From this Friday, April 24, until Sunday, April 26, the Llano de la Feria will become the epicenter of flavor and tradition. Attendees will have the opportunity to taste a wide variety of tapas, each priced at 3 euros, while enjoying musical performances that will liven up the atmosphere throughout the event.
The eleven participating brotherhoods have prepared a total of 22 tapas, each with its distinctive touch. Among the proposals are delicacies such as Albóndigas Domingo de Ramos, Carne en salsa al Vino Fino, Bocado Hebreo, Berenjenas a la miel, Bocado Agustino, Mini burguer estilo Big, Lomo en salsa San Antonio, Brioche de carrillera, Tosta de carne mechada, queso y vinagre de Módena, El Delirio de Simón, Bocado del capataz, Tartar de salchichón con alioli de Hierbabuena, Canastita de Acólito, Milhoja de patata y carne, Mini flamenquín de serranito, Salchichitas al vino de la tierra, Albóndigas de carrillá en su hogaza secreta, Revuelto de patatas de mi abuela, Langostino arriero, Pollo relleno de espinacas y piñones, Croquetas de queso payoyo y nueces, and Tosta prendimiento.
This initiative seeks to merge rich local gastronomy with cofrade tradition, offering a unique experience for residents and visitors of one of Cádiz's most picturesque towns.
