The aid is part of the Diputación Contrata 2026 subsidy call and will allow for the formalization of eight contracts, with an investment of 4,000 euros per contract.
The hires will be distributed according to the following profiles: six individuals under 45 years old (three in administration, two in leisure and free time, and one in home care), one individual over 45 years old (home care employee), and one long-term unemployed person (leisure and free time employee).
These contracts will be formalized before December 31, 2025. The Pedroche City Council will be the entity responsible for managing these hirings.
