This initiative, scheduled to run between June 24 and September 9, 2026, seeks to ensure equal opportunities and social integration for minors during the holiday period. The program will offer a total of 15 places, distributed across three shifts to cover different summer periods.
The first shift will run from June 24 to July 17, the second from July 20 to August 12, and the third from August 13 to September 9. For the provision of this service, a maximum budget of 34,353 euros, including VAT, has been established, which will be awarded through a public tender process.
Priority beneficiaries will be minors registered in the municipality who have specific educational support needs. This includes those with a recognized disability equal to or greater than 25%, reduced mobility, or disorders such as severe behavioral, communication, and language disorders, or autism spectrum disorders. Accreditation of these circumstances will be done through relevant official documentation, such as a disability certificate or reports from educational guidance teams or health services.
The Council emphasizes that the camp not only offers a leisure option but also aims to foster the personal, social, and emotional development of participants through adapted activities. Furthermore, the program promotes values such as coexistence, respect for diversity, and inclusion, while also helping to alleviate the burden on families during the summer months, facilitating work-life balance.
