This initiative, presented in Torre del Mar, addresses a demand from the police force itself. The system will centralize training offerings in an accessible digital environment for all municipalities in La Axarquía, consolidating a resource that was designed five years ago and is now in its final implementation phase.
“"Continuous training is key to improving security and citizen coexistence."
The training program for this year includes six specialized courses, starting in June with “Criminal Law for Local Police”. From September, other training sessions will cover topics such as the Citizen Security Law, handling companion animals, psychology applied to police intervention, photography in traffic accidents, and regulatory updates in traffic matters.
The Commonwealth emphasizes that this tool will not only optimize officer training but also foster the exchange of experiences, problem-solving, and coordination among professionals, leading to more effective operations in the territory.
“"This initiative will directly impact the quality of service provided to citizens, by equipping officers with more resources and knowledge to handle complex situations."
The meeting for the platform's activation was attended by Local Police officials, including commanders and officers who collaborated in defining the training content. This advancement represents a significant step in the modernization and professionalization of public services in the region, contributing to improved security throughout La Axarquía.
