The blaze originated in a bed located on the upper floor of the property and was rapidly extinguished by Fire Department personnel. The intervention prevented the flames from spreading to the rest of the house or adjacent buildings.
Emergency services received the alert around 5:45 AM. A team of ten professionals, operating from a heavy urban pumper and a light urban pumper, were dispatched to the scene to control and extinguish the fire.
According to official sources, the material damage was confined to the room where the fire started, affecting the bed and nearby furniture. Fortunately, no injuries or smoke inhalations were reported.
Firefighters also secured the perimeter of the building, ensuring the fire did not reach neighboring homes and thus preventing more serious consequences.
