Driven by the Ibero-American Cultural Association, this new cultural gathering will take place at the Santa Fe Cultural Space and the Columbian Sites. Its program will encompass a wide array of activities, including performing arts, exhibitions, music, literature, and gastronomy, aiming to attract a diverse audience.
“"The initiative is born with a vocation for continuity to become a cultural benchmark on both sides of the Atlantic, strengthening the historical and cultural ties that connect Huelva with the Ibero-American world."
The festival is supported by the Huelva City Council and the Ministry of Culture of the Junta de Andalucía, as well as other provincial entities, underscoring its institutional strength. One of its main goals is to position Huelva as an Ibero-American cultural capital, an objective the organization believes is achievable in the medium term by connecting local, Andalusian, and international creators.
The proposal is based on the idea that Andalusian culture looks towards Ibero-America from Huelva, establishing the province as a strategic point of connection between Europe and America, especially through emblematic locations like the Columbian Sites. This festival represents another step in the cultural promotion trajectory of the Ibero-American Cultural Association, complementing established projects such as the Ibero-American Cultural Autumn.
