Just weeks before the start of the Corpus de Granada 2026 fair, scheduled from May 30 to June 6, the city council has finalized the details regarding the booth arrangements. The fairground, located in the northern part of the city, is preparing to welcome thousands of visitors and locals who will enjoy this traditional celebration.
In total, 72 plots have been allocated for booths, in addition to two extra spaces designated for a bar and a churro stand, both classic elements of the fair. The diversity of the booths ensures a varied offering for all tastes.
The distribution includes seven institutional booths, among them the joint one for the City Council and the Provincial Council, as well as those of various political parties and unions. These are joined by three commercial booths and 62 traditional booths, which are the heart of the celebration.
The booths will be organized along streets with emblematic names such as La Zambra, El Vito, La Caña, and Maimones. These main thoroughfares will intersect with perpendicular ones like La Reja, which leads to the Plaza de los Caseteros, Verdiales, and Martinetes, creating a festive and accessible space for all attendees.
As in previous editions, the fair will feature a Punto Violeta (Purple Point), located next to the Granada City Council and Provincial Council booth. This initiative aims to guarantee a safe environment free from harassment and sexist aggressions, promoting that women can fully enjoy the festivities on equal terms.
