The organization attributes the decision to the current conditions of the venue, which, according to them, "do not allow for the proper development" of the event. The cancellation affects an event that brought together bonsai enthusiasts from all over Andalusia.
The exhibition, in its ninth year, was set to feature a display of bonsai specimens, a specialized market, a Suiseki exhibition by Miguel Ángel Domínguez and José María Campos, and bonsai demonstrations led by Jesús Almagro and Norberto Márquez.
This event, organized by the ‘Adictos al Bonsai’ association with the support of the Chipiona City Council and various collaborating companies, had established itself as a key meeting point for enthusiasts of this discipline and a resource for beginners.
