The incident took place last Thursday morning inside the educational center, which was responsible for alerting the authorities. As a result of the assault, described as an elbow to the jaw, the minor suffered very serious injuries and had to be transferred to a hospital.
According to initial reports, the young person will have to undergo surgery for jaw reconstruction, which will include the placement of titanium plates.
Following the events, the alleged aggressor was arrested and placed at the disposal of the Juvenile Prosecutor's Office, which has taken over the case and adopted initial measures. For its part, the Junta de Andalucía, through educational inspection, has launched an investigation to clarify what happened.

The investigation remains open in both the police and educational spheres to determine the exact circumstances of the assault, as there were no prior complaints or signs of school bullying at the center before this episode.
