With the season now over for many teams and awaiting the final group compositions, clubs in Group IV of Segunda Federación are intensifying their preparations for the upcoming campaign. While Recreativo de Huelva is in the process of searching for a sporting director and a coach, other teams have already made significant squad movements official.
Deportiva Minera, which includes former Recre players like Manu Galán, Álex Lázaro, and Rubén Mesa, has seen the departure of their coach Checa, who has joined UCAM Murcia. The university club, for its part, has renewed Olek and Pazo, and confirmed the continuity of several players, while others are now free agents.
Lorca Deportiva, a potential rival for 'El Decano', has been one of the most active clubs, announcing departures and renewals, as well as the signing of Chus Ruiz. Yeclano has also restructured its sporting direction with the arrival of Josema Gómez and the departure of his technical staff, appointing Xavi Giménez as the new coach, who will have Nani, Borona, and newcomers Sebas Holgado and Quivira.
Linares Deportivo has announced the departure of their coach Diego Talaverón, a move similar to Recreativo de Huelva's with Arzu, although the Huelva-based team has renewed Juan Almeida with a first-team contract. Other teams like Unión Malacitano and Xerez CD have not yet announced significant movements, although names are circulating for their benches and future signings.
Atlético Antoniano will not renew with Lolo Rosano and his coaching staff, and Antonio Calle is rumored as a possible replacement. Estepona, on the other hand, is betting on the continuity of its coach Manolo Sánchez after a strong second half of the season, and renews Julen Guerrero as general manager. The newly promoted Ciudad de Lucena has renewed its coach Antonio Jesús Cobos and sporting director Salva Serrano, in addition to incorporating Pablo de la Vega into the technical secretariat.
Mijas Las Lagunas, champions of Group IX, have parted ways with several players and have made official the renewals of Juan Ramos, Rafa Castillo, and Álvaro Moro. Meanwhile, relegated teams such as Marbella, Atlético Sanluqueño, Betis Deportivo, and Sevilla Atlético are also preparing for the new season. Atlético Sanluqueño has announced the departure of most of its squad and coaching staff, while Betis Deportivo loses Dani Pérez, who is moving to Valladolid.
