The Councilor for Education in Manilva, Laura Salazar, accompanied by area director Alejandro Medina and delegation staff, visited the municipality's children's schools. The purpose was to welcome teaching staff and coordinate preparations for the new season.
During the visit, educational materials, uniforms, and first-aid kits were distributed. This provision aims to enhance the centers' equipment and support the development of educational activities in the coming months.
The Education delegation reminded families that an informational meeting for parents will take place on Wednesday, September 2nd, prior to the start of classes, offering details about the new academic year.
The 2026/27 school year at Manilva's children's schools is officially set to begin on Thursday, September 3rd. The education department extended best wishes for a year filled with enthusiasm, learning, and new experiences for the children, their families, and the staff.
