The initiative, scheduled for Sunday, April 20, will not only offer a top-tier culinary experience but will also include practical workshops for children. Under the motto «Eating healthy is fun», chefs will teach youngsters healthy eating habits in a dynamic and entertaining way, aiming to foster nutritional knowledge from an early age.
The day will culminate with a charity gala dinner, attended by industry professionals, institutional representatives, and event collaborators, solidifying the event's charitable nature. In its 2026 edition, ChefsForChildren will focus its efforts on raising awareness for rare diseases, collaborating closely with the Spanish Federation of Rare Diseases (FEDER). This alliance seeks to inform about these pathologies, which affect a small number of people, and offer support to the families facing them.
The choice of Benahavís as the venue responds to the municipality's strategy to establish itself as a leading gastronomic tourism destination. The Anantara Villa Padierna hotel, the usual host of the event, reinforces this image. According to the Town Hall, these types of initiatives generate direct economic impact by attracting visitors and boosting local commerce.
“"The objective is to position Benahavís as a leading international destination, betting on events that combine excellence, visibility, and return. ChefsForChildren generates economic impact and promotes values such as solidarity, education, and social commitment."
