During the celebration of the Córdoba Fair, La Casa de Manolete Bistró stands out as a gastronomic haven that merges the Cordoban spirit with a festive atmosphere and a captivating presentation. This establishment, located away from the bustling El Arenal area, offers a sophisticated alternative for enjoying the festivities.
The project, driven by Juanjo Ruiz and Reme Romero, combines historical-artistic heritage, gastronomic research, sustainability, and service excellence. During the Fair, this character is intensified, proposing a different way to experience the celebration, maintaining joy and gastronomy in a unique space, detailed and full of memory.
Reme Romero, the restaurant's director, highlights the special atmosphere of the place: "In Córdoba, May doesn't arrive, it blooms. In the heart of that intimate and luminous Córdoba, La Casa de Manolete Bistró experiences its most beautiful moment of the year. Some places are visited. And others are remembered forever. La Casa de Manolete embodies a new exclusivity: that of elegant silence, authentic beauty, and profound attention to detail."
Romero adds that "each room preserves the essence of the original house. The lounges maintain the proportion and calm of a bygone era. And the courtyard - the true emotional heart of the small palace - becomes a deeply Cordoban sensory experience." The courtyard is particularly remembered for its fountain decorated with a tile of San Rafael, a place where the bullfighter Manuel Rodríguez 'Manolete' once posed.
Awarded a Sol Repsol and recommended by the Michelin Guide, La Casa de Manolete Bistró has established itself as a gastronomic benchmark since its opening in late 2019. It has attracted personalities such as Luis Miguel, Luis Fonsi, Roca Rey, Francisco Rivera, and Laura Sánchez, among others.
