The La Cancula Exhibition Hall in Álora hosted last Friday the inauguration of the exhibition by the Álora Independent Artists Association. The show brings together over 135 works, including paintings and sculptures, highlighting the talent and creativity of its twelve members – eleven painters and one sculptor – who present diverse styles and techniques.
The inaugural event was attended by the Councillor for Culture, José Antonio Díaz, and the association's president, Cristina Salmerón. Numerous attendees enjoyed the opening of the exhibition, which offers a wide variety of artistic proposals in a single space.
Through this exhibition, the Álora Independent Artists Association brings the work of its members closer to the public and contributes to revitalizing the municipality's cultural life, offering residents and visitors the opportunity to discover and enjoy local artistic creation.
The event, dedicated to art and culture, also featured a musical performance by artist David Dueñas. The exhibition will be open to the public until October 30th, from Monday to Saturday, between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM, and 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
