The iconic El Alcázar of Jerez will host the 'Innova 2026 – The Fashion Retail Experience' event on October 17 and 18. Organized by the City Council, this event aims to strengthen and support emerging fashion talents and designers, positioning Jerez and its province within the fashion and retail scene.
Over two days, attendees will have the opportunity to discover, connect with, and experience fashion from the inside. The program includes a runway show featuring emerging creators, discussions on design and business, masterclasses on creating fashion imagery, and experiences related to creativity and retail. The initiative stems from the municipal commitment to promoting culture, the textile industry, and the development of Jerez's tourism sector.
The event is scheduled outside the peak tourist season to attract visitors interested in design, culture, and premium experiences. The fusion of fashion and the city is expected to generate valuable visual content for the cultural, tourist, and media promotion of Jerez.
The event kicks off on Saturday, October 17, at 11:00 AM with a roundtable discussion featuring Elisa Cortés, Mariquilla Trasquilá, Ainhoa Rosado, Nicolás Villar, Margarita Muñoz, and Antonio Carpio. At 12:30 PM, a collective fashion show by Mariquita Trasquilá and Margarita Muñoz will take place. In the afternoon, at 4:00 PM, a workshop titled 'Identity and Style: Learn to Enhance Your Image' will be led by Cristina Sánchez Pardo. At 5:00 PM, another collective show will feature David Rodríguez, David Panal, and Lomont. Saturday's program concludes with presentations by Pilar Villar, Belulah, Ismael Domínguez, and Iván Campaña.
On Sunday, October 18, the day begins at 11:00 AM with a workshop titled 'Anatomy of a Fashion Editorial,' presented by fashion photographer Jesús Amarillo. At 12:00 PM, the 'I south talent' Young Designers Competition will be held, concluding around 1:00 PM with a menswear collective presentation by Patria y Carpio Menswear.
