Interested associations can submit their applications from July 9 to August 5. The call, published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Córdoba (BOP), allocates a maximum of 3,000 euros per project, although the amount could be prorated among the selected festivals.
To be eligible for these grants, festivals must take place between June 1 and October 12, 2026, and be organized by legally constituted non-profit associations registered in the Municipal Registry of Citizen Entities.
The bases establish requirements such as festivals being open to the public, not exceeding four days in duration, and fostering participation dynamics. Events in the Historic Quarter are excluded if two or more popular festivals are already scheduled in the area, aiming to prevent overcrowding and neighbor disturbance.
A maximum of two festivals will be permitted per district on the same weekend. Priority in awarding grants will be based on the application submission date in case of overlapping locations.
Beneficiary entities must comply with closing times (until 2:00 AM, or 12:00 AM if the following day is a weekday), reduce music volume during certain hours, install a minimum of twenty tables and eighty chairs, and have the necessary toilets and insurance.
Selection criteria will evaluate the quality of the program (up to 4 points), the location's alignment with the organizing association's area (up to 3 points), the project's socio-cultural objectives (up to 2 points), and the festival's celebration in June, July, or August (up to 1 point).
Applications must be submitted electronically through the municipal electronic headquarters, using the Cl@ve system. Required documentation includes the application form, a responsible declaration, the entity's statutes, and the festival project proposal.
