The first week of August arrives in Cordoba with a relief in temperatures, moving away from the 40 degrees recorded in July. No heat warnings are expected for the coming days.
This Sunday, the maximum temperature already dropped to 39 degrees, a notable decrease compared to the more than 41 degrees previously reached. The State Meteorological Agency (Aemet) forecasts a maximum of 36 degrees in the capital for Monday, August 3, with a minimum of 20 that will facilitate nighttime rest.
Forecasts indicate a slight rise in the thermometer for Tuesday, reaching 37 degrees, and 38 degrees on Wednesday, although without heat alerts being activated. Throughout this week, nights will remain cool, with minimums between 19 and 20 degrees.
Initial estimates for the second weekend of August suggest that maximum temperatures could even drop to 35 degrees.
