The new parking facility offers a total of 100 spaces for cars and 10 for motorcycles. The system will prioritize residents, allocating 70 car spaces exclusively for residents and 30 for rotational use. The 10 motorcycle spaces will also be for residential use.
Applicants for these spaces must be registered residents of the Triana district and be vehicle owners or listed as the regular driver on the mandatory insurance. The application process, expected to open in the last quarter of 2026, can be completed via the electronic headquarters and will proceed in two phases.
The first phase will be for residents of the streets closest to the parking facility, known as ‘zone A’, which includes streets such as San Jacinto, Pagés del Corro, and Avenida Santa Cecilia. If applications exceed available spaces, allocation will be determined by a lottery.
In a second phase, if any spaces remain vacant, residents from the rest of the Triana district can apply, also via lottery in case of high demand. No more than two permits will be allowed per household, unless vacancies persist after the initial procedures.
The established prices are 110 euros per month for resident cars and 25 euros per month for resident motorcycles (VAT included). For rotational use, the price will be 0.03 euros per minute, with 24-hour daily passes costing 9 euros and 8-hour passes costing 5 euros.
