From Baza, a Vox representative has brought to light the deterioration of public services, urging that the region be granted access to the essential provisions it requires. It was emphasized that the national priority must be to ensure that residents of Baza and the entire Granada Altiplano have access to necessary public services.
In front of the Baza Hospital, deficiencies in care for the local inhabitants and those from nearby municipalities were pointed out. Residents have expressed concern over excessive bureaucracy and a scarcity of resources, identifying the lack of professionals as the primary issue.
“"What the residents themselves tell us is that there is a lot of bureaucracy, but few resources."
The party has held previous governments of the Junta de Andalucía responsible for the precarious state of healthcare in the region, particularly in more peripheral areas.
Furthermore, the Vox representative also addressed the situation of the primary sector, highlighting the importance of agriculture and livestock farming for the Granada Altiplano. It was criticized that these activities are in a compromised situation due to green policies imposed by Brussels and adopted by the Spanish Government and the Junta de Andalucía.
“"They want to destroy our farmers, our ranchers, the entire primary sector with Mercosur, with the Green Pact, and with all European policies that attack this land."
Finally, it was reiterated that Vox firmly opposes policies that, in their view, harm the Andalusian countryside, calling on citizens of the Granada Altiplano, Granada, and all of Andalucía to massively support the party in the upcoming elections on May 17.
