The initiative aims to offer varied content suitable for all ages, serving as an attraction for both residents and visitors. Public representatives, Mayor Pedro J. Ramos and Culture Councilor José Gabriel López, presented the program, emphasizing its free nature and accessibility.
In July, the Plaza Mayor will host two of these events. On Saturday, July 11th, at 9:00 PM, the hypnotism and mentalism show “Hipnonautas” by Jorge Astyaro will be presented. A week later, on Saturday, July 18th, starting at 9:30 PM, “Concerts with Local Flavor” will feature local groups “Maerilla”, “Rose & The Black Thorns”, and “Alarife”. The Cofradía de la Esperanza will provide a bar service during this concert.
For August, the “Open Culture Nights” will move to the Alameda football field, with three events. On Sunday, August 2nd, at 10:00 PM, the children's play “Blancanieves” (Snow White) will be performed. On Friday, August 7th, the Baza Municipal Music Band, conducted by Tomás Pujol, will give its summer concert. Finally, on Saturday, August 29th, the comedy play “Apellidos andaluces” (Andalusian Surnames), a 100% Andalusian humor show, will be presented.
