The 'albirrojo' team will play its first match of what will be its sixth campaign in the third tier of national football. The game against the departmental team will kick off the competition in Group II of the Primera Federación.
This inaugural match will take place on the last Saturday of August, the 29th, at 7:15 PM. It will share the schedule with two other games: Huesca against Sant Andreu and Rayo Majadahonda versus Villarreal B. On the same Saturday, but at 9:30 PM, the match between Hércules de Alicante and Real Murcia will be played.
The first league matchday will conclude on Sunday, August 30. Four matches will start at 7:15 PM: Europa against Real Jaén, Águilas versus Alcorcón, Atlético Madrileño against Juventud de Torremolinos, and Antequera against UD Ibiza. Two other games will be played at 9:30 PM: Nàstic de Tarragona against Real Zaragoza and Teruel against Real Madrid Castilla.
