This distinction, part of the European Commission's Erasmus+ program, is aimed at designing and developing high-level, innovative, and highly competitive master's programs. Thanks to this funding, a two-year international master's program will be launched.
Students will complete their first year at the University of Lisbon (Portugal) and their second year at one of the consortium's partner institutions: the University of Granada (Spain), the University of Lorraine (France), the University of Artois (France), the University of Trento (Italy), or Utrecht University (the Netherlands).
The program is supported by internationally renowned research centers in neuroscience and cognitive sciences, including the Center for Research on Mind, Brain and Behavior (CIMCYC) in Spain, the Champalimaud Centre (Portugal), the UMC Utrecht Brain Center (the Netherlands), the Donders Center for Neuroscience (the Netherlands), and the Center for Mind/Brain Sciences (CIMeC) (Italy).
This award recognizes the academic quality and international scope of the University of Granada and CIMCYC within the European Higher Education Area. The international collaboration will enrich study plans and student experiences, fostering a multidisciplinary environment and providing top-tier theoretical and technological training.
