The summer activities kick off with the Summer Football Camp, running until July 3 at the Las Viñas Sports Center. In parallel, the Summer School, aimed at children aged three to 12, will take place at the La Libertad Pavilion until July 31, offering games, exercises, and scavenger hunts.
Young people aged 12 to 30 can enjoy the 'Summer at the Youth Space' program, which will run until July 31 at the Youth Space, featuring excursions, workshops, and water activities. In the sports arena, the IV Neighborhood Futsal Tournament will be held at the La Libertad Pavilion until July 31.
July will bring the Summer Environmental Classroom (from July 1 to 9 at Avda. Andalucía, 48), the Eurovision Gala organized by Paco López (July 2 at the La Nava Social Center), and a performance by the Baroque Academy as part of the Granada International Music and Dance Festival (FEX) (July 2 at Huerta Cercada).
The month continues with a trip to Puy du Fou (July 4 and 5), the Festival of Plucked String Ensembles (July 4 at Plaza Abdal Malik), the 'Create Our Municipal Nativity Scene' Workshop (July 6, 13, 20, and 27), and the 'Activate Your Square' program (July 6 at Plaza de las Naciones).
The Las Viñas Sports Center will host the VII Beach Volleyball Tournament on July 13, 20, and 27, with categories from children to seniors. Additionally, workshops such as Sushi and Asian Cuisine (July 7 at the Youth Space) and summer cinema screenings like 'Minecraft' (July 8 at Carmen de San Rafael) will be offered.
Park Festivities will take place at the Parque de la Nava on various dates in July, and Healthy Walks will be held on July 10, 17, 24, and 31. The Vega Youth Fest will liven up the Huerta Cercada Gardens on July 10.
Other activities include Healthy Cooking for Equality (July 14 at the La Nava Social Center), a trip to the Alicún de las Torres spa and a night hike (July 15), the XXXVIII Flamenco Festival (July 17 at Huerta Cercada), and the 'Activate Your Square' program repeated at Parque de la Nava (July 20).
Late July offerings include a responsible trip to Almagro (July 21 and 22), an environmental scavenger hunt (July 21), the XVIII Night Mountain Bike Route (July 21), and summer cinema screenings such as 'How to Train Your Dragon' (July 22) and 'Elio' (July 29). There will also be children's theater with 'The Forest Tribe' (July 24).
Beyond July, on August 6, the 'Lorca and Granada in the Generalife Gardens' activity will take place. Finally, as part of the San Roque 2026 Festivals, the Carocas Contest is announced, with submissions due by July 20 at the Town Hall or the Huerta Cercada building.
