The incident occurred around 8:52 PM when several witnesses alerted the 112 Emergency Service of Andalusia about a fire in a house on Bolivia street. Emergency services, including Firefighters, Local Police, and the 061 Health Emergencies Center, quickly responded to the scene.
Upon arrival, emergency personnel found a fire that was already well advanced. After extinguishing the flames, they accessed the interior of the house and located the lifeless body of a 79-year-old woman in the lower part.
The causes that originated the fire are still unknown and are under investigation. The Organic Unit of the Judicial Police of the Civil Guard has taken charge of the inquiries to clarify the origin of the incident.
