The well-established literary event Literalh returns to Alhaurín de la Torre for its fifth edition, bringing together prominent Spanish authors. The event will take place on September 18th and 19th at the cultural center La Platea.
The gathering will feature the prestigious writers Andrés Trapiello, Clara Sánchez, and Víctor del Árbol. The mayor, Joaquín Villanova, and the Culture Councilor, Manuel López, presented the program, highlighting the quality of the invited authors, in line with previous editions that hosted figures like Juan Manuel de Prada or María Dueñas.
The official inauguration will be on Friday, September 18th, at six in the evening. The three authors will converse with journalist Moisés Rodríguez. The program also includes a photography exhibition, musical performances, and book signings. Individual talks will be spread across Friday and Saturday.
Organized by the Culture Department of the Ayuntamiento de Alhaurín de la Torre and Eme de Mar Gestión Cultural, the event has been described as a "literary festival" and a "cultural event that is in very good health".

The Municipal Library 'Antonio Garrido Moraga' will present a selection of works by the three writers, making them available to its readers.
Andrés Trapiello, a poet, essayist, and novelist, is known for his elegant prose and has received the Premio Nadal and the Premio Nacional de la Crítica. Víctor del Árbol, a benchmark in European noir narrative, has been awarded the Premio Nadal and the Grand Prix de Littérature Policière. Clara Sánchez, one of Spain's most widely read authors, has been honored with the Premio Alfaguara, Nadal, and Planeta awards, and is a member of the Real Academia Española.
