The meeting, held at the Chamber's headquarters, was attended by the mayor of Linares, Auxiliadora del Olmo, and the acting delegate of the Andalusian Government in Jaén, Ana Belén Mata. The primary objective was to analyze the business reality of Linares and the challenges facing its local productive sector.
During the gathering, which included prominent representatives from the Chamber, such as its president, José María Villén, impressions were exchanged on the current economic context. The new regulatory framework related to sustainability and the environment was also addressed, highlighting the need for companies to adapt to increasing regulatory demands.

Minister García emphasized the importance of a fluid relationship between the regional administration and these institutions, based on coordination, respect for each body's competencies, and institutional collaboration. For their part, representatives of the Linares Chamber of Commerce presented their views on the municipality's economic situation and the entity's lines of action, as well as productive issues directly affecting the Ministry's competencies.
The Minister's visit to Linares also included a prior stop at the City Council, where she held an institutional meeting with the mayor, greeted members of the municipal corporation, and signed the Book of Honor. This meeting addressed matters of common interest within the usual framework of collaboration between administrations.
