Municipalities with the highest average pensions tend to be those with larger populations or significant industrial areas. Puerto Real leads the list with an average of 1,701.40 euros, driven by the naval and aeronautical industries. It is followed by Cádiz capital (1,665.95 euros), influenced by public sector employees and the port, and San Fernando (1,574.25 euros).
