The Local Government Board has given the green light for the concession of this parking facility, which will be located on a municipal plot of 2,639 square meters. The work, to be carried out by AUSSA, Aparcamientos Urbanos Servicios y Sistemas, S.A., aims primarily to address the parking deficit faced by residents of Triana.
Of the 100 spaces designated for cars, 70 will be for residential use and 30 for public rotation. The 10 spaces for motorcycles will be exclusively for residents. The system seeks to prioritize those living in the immediate vicinity, reducing parking search times and pressure on the neighborhood's streets.
The concession will have a duration of four years, with a fee of 63,750 euros. The contract includes the comprehensive conditioning of the space by AUSSA, the installation of surveillance cameras, control equipment, and maintenance of the facility.
The set rates are 110 euros per month for resident cars and 25 euros per month for resident motorcycles (VAT included). For rotational use, the price will be 0.03 euros per minute. Daily passes for 24 hours at 9 euros and 8 hours at 5 euros will also be available. These rates cannot be revised during the concession period.
Soon, the Seville City Council will publish the opening of the application period on its website, along with all details of the procedure, deadlines, and required documentation.
