The intervention included the repair of 21 shared bathrooms on the upper floor of the building, which had water leakage issues. Non-slip flooring has been installed, along with new water collection grates. A gerontological faucet will soon be added to each bathroom.
In the backyard, the earthen areas adjacent to the landscaped flowerbeds have been paved with stamped concrete, making them more accessible for the residents. Additionally, a new metal fence has been installed along the boundary with the old residence.

The Mayor highlighted that these works reflect the local government's commitment to municipal facilities. She also announced that the upcoming municipal budgets will include an increase in the transfer to Emuremasa, the company managing the service.
