Next Saturday, July 18th, the Sevillian town of El Cuervo will be filled with summer vibes for its Ibizan Festival. The event, taking place from 10:00 PM at the municipal pool's picnic area, promises a night of enjoyment and fun for all attendees, with the added bonus of free entry.
Attendees can enjoy a varied program including live music, as well as acrobatic and stilt-walking performances. The Banda del Pelícano is confirmed to perform, adding another attraction to the evening.
To participate in this celebration, the only requirement is to come dressed in white, following the tradition of Ibizan festivals that originated in the 70s, inspired by the hippie movement and the island's Adlib fashion. This dress code aims to evoke the freedom, bohemian lifestyle, and creativity associated with Ibiza.
El Cuervo, located in the Bajo Guadalquivir region, is a municipality with a rich history dating back to its role as a stop on the Roman Via Augusta. It preserves heritage sites such as the Casa de Postas and the Church of San José, and nearby, the Laguna de los Tollos stands out as a natural area of ornithological interest.
