Municipal collaboration includes the cession of facilities at the El Fuerte sports center, court preparation, and space adaptation for the development of both competitions, which will take place on October 17 and 18.
The National Senior Masters will feature 119 players from different categories, ranging from over 30 years old to veterans, coming from clubs across Spain. Among the participants will be national champions and internationally experienced athletes, competing in men's and women's singles, men's and women's doubles, and mixed doubles.
For its part, the National Para-Badminton Circuit will bring together 11 athletes with various disabilities, including players who compete internationally and medalists in European events.
The organization of the event will involve the board of directors of Club Bádminton Ronda and a large team of volunteers. The club will be represented in the competition by José Antonio Rojas and Rocío Caballero.
Saturday's competition will begin around 09:00 AM and continue until approximately 08:00 PM; on Sunday, the competition will resume at 09:00 AM and conclude at midday with the awards ceremony.
This event once again positions Ronda as a venue for national competitions and highlights the collaboration between the City Council and local sports entities.
