The event, to be held in the surroundings of the Villa de Vícar, will feature a 14-kilometer course with an elevation gain of 435 meters and a 6-kilometer modality with 215 meters of elevation gain. Both races have a total of 300 registered participants, with 200 for the long distance and 100 for the short one.
Participants in the functional diversity category for adults will receive awards. In parallel, children's races will be held with adapted routes for different categories (50, 100, 200, 400, 600, 800, and 1,200 meters) starting from Plaza Barranquillo. The children's races will begin at 7:00 PM, while the joint adult start will be at 8:00 PM from the same square.
The Asfaltrail is notable for its picturesque landscape, which runs through the mountains of the Sierra de Gádor and the streets of the Villa. In addition to promoting outdoor sports and community, the race has a solidarity purpose: all proceeds from registrations will be donated to the Fundación Unoentrecienmil for the research and cure of childhood leukemia. The organization already has seven solidarity bibs.
