In the provincial final, held last Thursday, September 3rd, Daniel Juan Pérez won the silver medal in the U13 boys' 50 meters freestyle category.
Previously, at the Regional Swimming Championship also organized by the Provincial Council of Seville in Villaverde del Río, the 16 representatives from Guillena achieved a total of 15 podium finishes. These included 12 individual medals and 3 team medals.

Among the individual awards were bronze medals for Eva Puntas in freestyle and Elena Barquero in backstroke and freestyle, as well as silvers for Iván Luis in butterfly and Nora Puntas in breaststroke. The U15 boys' team and the U17 girls' team secured silver in the 4x50 freestyle relay, while the U13 boys' team took gold in the same event.
