The first incident occurred in the early hours, around 5:20 AM, on the A7 near Cala de Mijas. A truck struck a woman at kilometer 1,027, heading towards Marbella. Emergency services, including the Civil Guard and medical teams, were dispatched to the scene, where the woman's death was confirmed.
The accident caused traffic delays of up to three kilometers in the direction of Cadiz due to the closure of the right lane. Meanwhile, in the municipality of Coin, a collision between two vehicles on the MA-3400 road resulted in injuries to two men, aged 79 and 25.
The Provincial Fire Consortium intervened to rescue one person trapped inside a vehicle. Both injured individuals were subsequently transported to the Hospital Clinico de Malaga for medical treatment.
