The development of this new neighborhood in the western part of the city is gaining momentum. With this latest project, the company now has a total of 265 homes under construction in the area. Sales for the units, which start at 236,000 euros, demonstrate strong market interest, with nearly half of the available homes already sold.
The Zeta Place residential complex will offer one to three-bedroom units, including penthouses and ground-floor apartments with terraces. Community amenities include saltwater swimming pools, landscaped areas, playgrounds, a gym, and coworking spaces. The construction work is being carried out by Sacyr Construcción.

The developer's strategy on the Costa del Sol addresses sustained demand in a market with limited supply. The first residents are expected to move into the Zeta Valley development by the end of 2026, while the handover for Zeta Place is scheduled for late 2027.
