The object of this tender is the award of a special common use license on public domain, in accordance with Law 7/1999, of September 29, on Assets of Local Entities of Andalusia, and in relation to Decree 18/2006 and Royal Decree 1372/1986.
The Pedroche City Council owns the land of the Fairgrounds in the town. The municipal administration plans to lease "fair spaces" for the installation of a discotheque, which will operate during the days of the Patron Saint Festivals in the year 2026.
The Specific Administrative Clauses Conditions Sheet, which will govern the installation of the discotheque in the Fairgrounds during the aforementioned festivals, is attached.
