The Mayor-President of the Hinojosa del Duque City Council (Córdoba) has announced that individuals whose primary activity is livestock farming and who are residents of the city can apply until July 29th, inclusive, for the lease of pastures and herbs on the grounds of the Aviation Field.
Three lots are available for lease: LOT 1 with a total area of 72.33 fanegas, LOT 2 with 75.99 fanegas, and LOT 3 with 81.49 fanegas.
Applications must be submitted at the information office located on the ground floor of the City Council building. Applicants must attach a photocopy of their D.N.I. (National Identity Document) and photocopies of their exploitation registry book and social security contribution bulletin.
The contract duration will extend from the date of signing until February 28th, 2027. The awarded price is set at 12 euros per fanega.
The contract will be governed by the terms and conditions approved by the city council's plenary session on July 15th, which is publicly displayed on the City Council's notice board.
The draw for the lots will take place in the council's session hall on July 30th at 1:00 PM.
