Interested parties can submit their applications until July 29, 2026, inclusive, at the council's information office. Applicants' main activity must be livestock farming, and they must be residents of the town and be actively working.
Two lots are offered for lease: LOT NO. 3, consisting of 130.25 hectares (202.24 fanegas), and LOT NO. 4, with 153.96 hectares (239.07 fanegas).
To formalize the application, it is necessary to attach a photocopy of the D.N.I. (National Identity Document), the livestock farming registry book, and the social security contribution bulletin.
The contract will be valid from its signing until February 28, 2027. The awarded price has been set at 12 euros per fanega.
The contract will be governed by the Pliego de Cláusulas Administrativas Particulares (Terms and Conditions) approved by the City Council's Plenary on July 15, 2026, which is publicly displayed on the council's notice board.
The draw for the lots will take place in the council's session hall on July 30, at 1:00 PM.
