The initiative aims to facilitate the adaptation of properties that are over ten years old. According to the established guidelines, beneficiaries can receive coverage for up to 80% of the total cost of the works, with a maximum limit of 12,000 euros per property.
To qualify for these grants, applicants must prove that the property is their primary residence and their only owned home. Additionally, a household income cap has been set, which cannot exceed three times the IPREM.
The range of eligible works is extensive and focuses on ensuring safety and comfort. This includes structural stability work, moisture removal, energy efficiency improvements, and accessibility upgrades. Furthermore, the renovation of basic installations such as water, electricity, gas, and sanitation is covered, along with improvements to ventilation and carpentry.
The application period will be open for 15 calendar days once the call is officially published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Malaga.
