The goal of Real Jaén CF will feature Jaime Morillas as goalkeeper for the upcoming season in Primera Federación. The player has renewed his contract with the club after meeting the conditions stipulated in his previous agreement.
Morillas had a season of personal growth. Initially a substitute, he debuted as a starter in the Copa del Rey against CD Eldense. In the league, he had to wait until matchday 30 to secure the starting position, playing every minute of the last 10 regular season and promotion play-off matches, accumulating 960 minutes and conceding 10 goals.
“"He has been a reliable presence between the posts and has shown the maturity he possesses despite his youth. He will provide tremendous guarantees in the new category."
“"Next season will be incredible."
Sporting Director Juan Gambero positively assessed the goalkeeper's contribution, highlighting his reliability and maturity. Morillas, for his part, expressed his enthusiasm for continuing with the club. The Balearic goalkeeper is set to be a key player in Manolo Herrero's project for Real Jaén CF in Primera RFEF.
