From May 14 to 17, the Infanta Leonor Theater in Jaén will be the hub of this prestigious championship, considered one of the most significant worldwide in the realm of artistic and sport pole dance. For the first time, the event will span four consecutive days, offering an intense week of performances.
Organized by Pole Spain, the competition is distinguished by its rigorous competitive approach, evaluating both the technical skill and physical condition of the participants. During these days, the public will be able to witness a total of 347 performances across 29 different categories, ranging from amateur to elite and star levels, allowing athletes with varying degrees of experience and specialization to participate.
Nearly half a thousand artists, hailing from different countries, have been pre-selected based on their high technical level and career. An international jury, composed of prominent figures in the field such as Vane Lunática (Spain), Marion Crampe (France), and Lisette Krol (Venezuela), will be responsible for evaluating technical execution, movement difficulty, strength, body control, and stage presence of each participant.
The championship receives institutional backing from the Jaén City Council, as well as the Culture, Tourism and Festivals Boards and the Municipal Sports Board. This support reinforces Jaén's standing as a key destination for international sporting events. The top three finishers in each category will receive trophies, medals, and participation diplomas.
