Following the positive reception of the first edition, this second training proposal aims to continue promoting music in the city. The Councilor for Culture, Francisco Barbancho, highlighted the importance of such initiatives and thanked the Coral Lucentina for their involvement in the city's cultural programming.
The workshop will be led by Oksana Antonyak, a renowned music pedagogue and choir director, with degrees in Music Pedagogy, Singing, and Choral Conducting from the Kyiv State University. Since 2002/2003, Antonyak has been part of the Municipal School of Music and Dance of Lucena, where she directs the Children's Choir and the Vocal Technique class.
Gracia Doblas, president of the Coral Lucentina, encouraged citizens to participate. The workshop is open to individuals aged 14 and over, with or without prior singing experience. Aspects such as relaxation, warm-up, stretching, breathing, intonation, and vocal practice will be covered.
Oksana Antonyak explained that the goal is to create a space for collective learning and voice research, fostering participants' curiosity and helping them discover their vocal tone, range, personality, and expressive possibilities.
Registration is free and will be done via WhatsApp to the number 744 733 533, by indicating name and surnames. The workshop will combine explanations, practical exercises, and the joint performance of a piece.
