Rodríguez, 51 years old and a native of Andújar, works as a Promotion and Training technician at the local council and holds a degree as a technical engineer in Management Informatics. A crucial aspect of his recent career is his leadership of the Stop Biogás Andalucía platform. From this position, he has actively promoted initiatives to oppose the installation of biogas and biomethane plants in various locations across the community, with a particular focus on the province of Jaén.
