Heat will continue to be the main feature in Huelva this week, with mostly clear skies and no precipitation. The State Meteorological Agency (Aemet) predicts that maximum temperatures will remain above 30 degrees, reaching 35 and 36 degrees Celsius in the capital city between Wednesday and Friday.
Atmospheric stability will dominate the coming days, favoring outdoor activities. Nights will also be warm, with minimum temperatures ranging between 21 and 23 degrees Celsius, especially in urban areas.
Despite the thermal increase, no instability, rain, or storms are expected. Winds will be light, predominantly from the southwest, and the sea breeze may slightly temper the thermal sensation on the coast during the central hours of the day.
Health authorities remind the public of the importance of taking extreme precautions against high temperatures: maintaining constant hydration, avoiding prolonged sun exposure between 2:00 PM and 6:00 PM, wearing light clothing, and using hats or caps and sunscreen.
Special attention is advised for vulnerable groups such as the elderly, minors, and those with chronic illnesses. It is also crucial never to leave children or animals inside parked vehicles.
In summary, Huelva faces a week of peak summer with persistent heat, expected to last at least for the next few days, inviting enjoyment of summer activities with necessary precautions.
