The Organization Secretary of the PSOE of Huelva, Francisco Baluffo, confirmed that the Electoral Board has issued a reprimand against Manuel Andrés González, provincial president of the PP of Huelva, and Berta Centeno, general secretary of the party, for “violations of electoral law.” This decision follows the acceptance of a complaint filed by the socialist party.

According to the PSOE's press release, the Electoral Board considers that the reported actions violate Article 50.2 of the Organic Law of the General Electoral Regime. The infringement stems from the inclusion of propaganda content using institutional resources after the electoral call. The body has requested the removal of the publication in question and warned of possible sanctions in case of recurrence.
Baluffo emphasized that this resolution “confirms that the PP has started the electoral process by cheating from minute one, using the institutions it governs to spread propaganda and disregarding the rules of democratic play.” He also insisted that this is not an isolated incident but a perfectly designed strategy by Moreno Bonilla's PP.
The Zone Electoral Board has demanded the removal, within a maximum of five days, of a publication disseminated on social media by a councilor from San Bartolomé de la Torre, along with Andalusian parliamentarians Manuel Andrés González and Berta Centeno, and the territorial delegate for Health and Consumption, Manuela Caro. This publication used institutional resources to attribute alleged health achievements after the electoral call.
